2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that meets the following criteria:
- The video must start before opening the package, clearly showing the sealed parcel.
- The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video.
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
- The issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) must be clearly visible in the video.
⚠️ Important: Refund or replacement requests will not be approved without a valid unboxing video.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor variations in color, size, or design due to lighting or screen differences.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Failure to provide an unboxing video as required.
4. Refund Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 3-6 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Replacement Option
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
